How About That Self-Care? Bubble Bath Style

Scroll down to content

Tonight I’m feeling restless and still trying to keep my stress under control. So, I put some lavender bubbles into the water and hopped in.

I put on some Adventures in Odyssey that I love to listen to and let the relaxing set in.

Self-care has always been important to me but now that I’ve had a near breakdown I’ve realized just how much I really need to do it. I have to keep my stress under control and bubble baths and AIO definitely help.

That’s my self care for tonight!

And part two: Pixie Tea (Tea In my Tinkerbell mug) and a Mandie book.

Keeping on keeping on!!
