I am feeling kinda blue again today so I’m in the mood for a good night of comedy and Monk should do the trick!! As for my weighted blanket. That thing is heaven on earth – a miracle worker. My favorite forms of self care are watching movies, cuddling with my Pooh Bears. Occasionally I’ll do aroma therapy & warm baths. I’ve also found that coloring works too but that’s very rare that I’ve been doing that. LikeLiked by 1 person Reply
