Self-Care: Monk Marathon

Scroll down to content

Tonight’s self-care is brought to me by Monk, my weighted blanket and popcorn!

I am feeling kinda blue again today so I’m in the mood for a good night of comedy and Monk should do the trick!!

As for my weighted blanket. That thing is heaven on earth – a miracle worker. It’s just so healing!!

And you can’t go wrong with popcorn.. just saying.

What are YOUR favorite forms of self-care?

  1. My favorite forms of self care are watching movies, cuddling with my Pooh Bears. Occasionally I’ll do aroma therapy & warm baths. I’ve also found that coloring works too but that’s very rare that I’ve been doing that.
