2009-2019

On the left is 21 year old me. The right is me at almost 31.

21 year old me was raped by a family friend’s husband. She did everything she could to forget, to survive.

10 years later and she has fought to take back her life. Fought to become the person she needed all those years ago and has plans to become an advocate to help guide and be a friend to those in need.

10 years ago everything was taken from her and she’ll never be the same and she wouldn’t want to. This experience shaped her life and her future goals. It made her who she is..
