I just can’t help but think how proud Super Advocate would be of me. And to thank her for playing a large part in me being where I am today. After I got the call from the detective about the statutes being up, I got the news my advocate was leaving and then she left… and it felt like everything I had worked at had fallen apart. But it was just a stepping stone to where I needed to go next. It has taken a long time to process everything but I am getting there. I’m doing amazing things… but, today I miss you a lot, Advocate Kim! Thank you for everything.
