Mood update: Despite the severe cold weather we’ve had and being mostly shut in, my mood is definitely in a better place since I switched back to the seroquel.

Things aren’t perfect but I’m trying to live by the Bible verse “A joyful heart is good medicine.” I’m continuing to count it all joy! Good things are up ahead. It will be a great year for me to continue to grow and to do my advocacy work.

I have a purpose. A reason for the pain.
