Happy Belated Valentine’s Day to my followers! I meant to post this yesterday but didn’t get the chance.

Dear Survivor: I want you to know that you are not alone. What happened to you is not your fault. You are so brave and so courageous. I hope you find the courage to speak up. There is so much power in using our voice. I don’t know your story but I hear you and I see you. Healing isn’t linear and can be very ugly and messy. It can also be a beautiful thing.
