Christmas Time Is Here and I have updated this blog to a more Christmas-y theme. So, hope you enjoy it!

I’ve been busy getting things ready for Christmas, working my job and celebrating my Achievement Award Nomination through ODC for all my hard work at the Library and in my community (being a Sexual Abuse and Mental Illness Advocate.) Special thanks to Lynn Haefer for nominating me. Even though I didn’t win, it was such an honor being nominated!

Employer: Marshfield Public Library

Volunteer Activities: Mental Health & Sexual Assault Advocate.

“Katie has the quiet strength to overcome her barriers. Now, she is passionate about her job, and about making her community a better place.” -Lynn Haefer, Nominator

Such an inspiring night! All ODC events are.

And, now to continue getting ready for the Holidays!
