This past week was Mariska Hargitay’s birthday and I wanted to do another blog post on what she has taught me.

Fearlessness – she taught me to live fearlessly. My fearlessness necklace is a great reminder to do so!

Self-Worth – she has helped teach me that I can and should be comfortable in my own skin! Extra pounds and all.

Joy – she has helped me find the joy in life.. even in the bad experiences.

Those are just a few things Mariska has taught me.
