7 Things That Help Me With Depression

  1. Music. Day time, night time, bed time, music helps me a lot.

  2. Baths and bath bombs! And I received plenty of them over Christmas.

  3. Favorite TV Shows/Movies. I try to watch cartoons or shows that make me laugh. Depends on my mood.

  4. Talking to people. I’ve found that to be very helpful. Knowing I’m not alone.

  5. Walking with my music. I love hitting the pavement. Just me and my music.

  6. Candles and aroma therapy. Enough said.

  7. Napping. Sometimes just taking a nap is all I need to feel better.
