Let’s Talk Self Care

Scroll down to content

I’ve been doing a lot of vlogging lately on my YouTube Channel and so I apologize about my absence here.

Let’s talk self care… Lately I’ve been struggling and it’s so important for me to remember to take care of myself… doing all the things I need to be healthy and to take time to do things I enjoy.

Today I took a lovely nap as well as taking a bath. I feel so refreshed!!!

And tomorrow I am going to get back on the treadmill and get rid of some of this unhealthy excess weight.

And… I still need to get my tornado room under control. Need motivation to come and stay.

Those are my plans… What do you have planned for some self care?
