Today I Choose Joy: Open Letter To Depression

Scroll down to content

Enough is enough. This self-pitying, self-wallowing and woe-is-me attitude has got to go. It’s time for you to pull your head out of your butt and start living life again. Do all the things you’ve been wanting to but putting off until “You feel better”.

Katie, enough is enough. It’s time to Choose Joy. To feel it. To live it. To believe in it.

Now is the perfect time. Yes, the past few months have really stunk. But, you can’t just unpack and live in the land of life sucks. It’s true, I’m telling you this because I love you and want to see you thriving.

Today I want to see you Choose Joy! Have some Joyful Tea and make your life better! You can do it. I believe in you!!

All my love,
