Self Care – A Few Of My Favorite Things

It’s getting to be that time of year again when the weather gets dark and cold, the snow starts flying and I start to feel a bit more depressed.

I’ve been trying to think up new self care ideas and I came acrossed old blog posts that had some great ones. I hope maybe some of them can be helpful to others as well.
