I’ve started a new project… doing three things for myself every day. (Self-Care) Whether it’s taking a bath, reading a book, or eating… as long as it’s helping me physically or emotionally.
I’ve been writing them down in my brand new journal.
I’ve been doing it for a few days and so far it has helped the stress tremendously. I recommend my followers to do 3 things each day that can be considered self -care. Write down in a journal what you are going to do for self care and do it! Let’s see how we feel after doing it daily.
Today I’m going to eat something, watch a movie, and read over some positive messages people have sent me.
